RETURN POLICY

At Creative Boss Digital, we take pride in providing high-quality custom and non-custom products. Please review our return policy below for details on how returns and exchanges are handled.

Custom Designs | Premade Designs | Instant Downloads | Logos

Given the nature of custom digital design items, we do not offer refunds once we have begun designing or when your item has been delivered. If you are unsure about one of our items, please don't hesitate to call or chat with us before placing your order. Designs include but are not limited to invitations, flyers, logos, business cards, hang tags, and instant downloads.

Printed Products

There are no refunds, reprints, or returns for printed products. Please be sure to review your proof and order thoroughly and be aware of this policy before ordering. No refunds or reprints will be issued due to differences between on-screen colors and physical printed products. Under no circumstances will a reprint or refund be honored for color variations that occur during the printing process. However, if Creative Boss Digital determines that your order contains manufacturing errors or defects, we will offer a 100% reprint at no charge. Turnaround and shipping times for reprints will vary based on our current workload.

Custom Apparel | Gifts | Monogrammed Items

Any customized items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

In-stock items purchased at www.creativebossdigital.com with no customization may be eligible for return at the discretion of Creative Boss Digital. Return requests must be submitted to creativebossdigitaldesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns on in-stock items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must arrive at our return shipping address within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if an item arrives damaged, Creative Boss Digital will assume responsibility for return shipping costs and provide a replacement.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
