Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Custom and bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Upgrades
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. If you require faster delivery, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout.
To ensure peace of mind, we also offer shipping insurance at an additional cost. This protects your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist in tracking your package and working with the carrier.
For lost packages, we can begin the claims process only after receiving proof from the carrier that the package was not delivered. If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must first check with the carrier and provide supporting documentation before a claim can be initiated.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
✔️ Checking with neighbors or household members
✔️ Looking in secure or alternative delivery locations
✔️ Contacting the carrier for GPS delivery details
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will work with you on a resolution.
